After a retired couple inherited this horse farm, they were ready to make the interior their own. I helped them give the home a lighter feel while using the majority of the existing furniture. The first thing I did was replace heavy drapes with light woven wood blinds and bring in two custom sofas with a white textured fabric and chic green ultrasuede piping. An antique chinoiserie lacquered chair was modernized by reupholstering it with herringbone chenille. To make the den warmer and more functional, I added a large coffee table, reupholstered the existing chairs and added matching throw pillows to the sectional to complete the look.
